Facoup items are pre-order with min. purchase of 5pcs if not there will be an additional RM5 per item!!
1. Delivery takes about 2 weeks for pre-order listing unless otherwise stated.
2. All our pre-order items subject to availability. After order submitted and payment made, we will try our best to reserve the item for your from the factory.
3. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to either change item or have a refund.
4. The factory is experiencing high sales volume each day, thus the inventory we have may not be the latest. This minute they may have stock for a particular item but next minute it may be out of stock already.
5. This situation doesn't always happen, however it is still an important point that we must highlight to our buyers.
6. No cancellation of order allowed once payment is made unless item is out of stock.
